Shipping policy

  • We offer domestic shipping across PAN India.
  • Standard shipping takes approximately 4-6 business days, while express shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping location. Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process.
Order Processing 

Order Confirmation : 

Customers will receive an order confirmation email with the details of their purchase once the order is placed.

Our team will call/message you before we dispatch the order for confirmation without customer's confirmation COD orders cannot be dispatched without customers confirmation

    Order Processing Time:

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order is dispatched.
    Once the order is shipped, allow at least 3-5 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

      Custom Orders :

    • Custom-made or personalized items may have longer processing times, and customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date.

    • UNDELIVERED ITEMS

      In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility.  You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      RETURNS & EXCHANGE
      All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery date only if you face any kind of issue with the size. We do not provide returns/exchanges on items sold on flash sales. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer’s location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.       If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at
