Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received:-
- We will give you a free exchange
- Please reach us within 48 hours and we’ll raise a pickup request
- Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxers, shorts, tank tops and baby tees
- We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@fmagnetclothing.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
- Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- Once the product reaches us back our team of chefs will inspect the product and give you store credits/ship your new products (WE DO NOT REFUND).
- Once we receive the returned item, you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days
For Size exchange of current product
The order has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on the same email thread where you have requested for an exchange .Please reach us within 48 hours.
Don't like the product/size/others
- We will charge a nominal fee(depending on the number of articles and their weight). You have to prepay these charges.
- Only exchange is available on the product which you have ordered if there is any size issue or damage.
- Please reach us within 48 hours. Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange charges we will initiate the pickup request.
- Once the product reaches us back our team of chefs will inspect the product and give you store credits/ship your new products (WE DO NOT REFUND).
Eligibility criteria:-
1) The product should be in the right condition with tags intact.
2) You should have the invoice for the product.
3) We will not accept exchange requests after 48 hours.
